On the 24th, K-pack, a company in the Jecheon 2nd Bio Valley, held a ceremony to commemorate the completion of the second factory in Jecheon and the launch of its own brand business.


K-PAC Co., Ltd. is a leading promising small and medium-sized company in the field of food packaging materials manufacturing in Korea that has laid a foothold for a new leap forward through investment of 15 billion won and the development of innovative technologies after relocating its headquarters to the 2nd Bio Valley as a company relocated to the metropolitan area in 2016.


This event commemorates the completion of the second factory in Jecheon, as well as the launch of K-PACK's own film brand “Freseal” and the automatic thermoforming packaging facility “Sealor”. Starting from the 28th, the Opening Event will be held for 5 days.


The ceremony was attended by about 40 people including executives and staff members including K-PAC CEO Seok-won Kang, Mayor Lee Sang-cheon, Jecheon City Council Chairman Bae Dong-man, and executives of companies and business partners in Bio Valley.


The progress of the completion of the 2nd plant of K-Pak Co., Ltd. was reported, description of the launch of new business, a tour of the manufacturing process of the production plants 1 and 2, and introduction of the research institute.


Jecheon Mayor Lee Sang-cheon said, “The growth and development of companies and investment attraction are directly connected to the future food of the region.”


We promise that we will not spare administrative and financial support so that all the enterprises in the company including K-Pak can achieve further leaps and growth based on the foundation of this place, and there are many companies in connection with the creation of the 3rd industrial complex that is currently being built. They asked for their interest and publicity.


Meanwhile, K-Pak CEO Kang Seok-won donated 5 million won as a support fund for the vulnerable to disasters and safety for the victims of flood damage in the Jecheon area, who have been greatly damaged by the recent torrential downpour, and doubled the meaning of the commemorative event.
